Coaching — A Place to Think Forward

Coaching is a space I offer you to think about where you’re going—and how you want to live as you move in that direction.

When we work together, you remain in charge of what you build. You decide what matters, what you want to change, and what kind of future you’re aiming toward. My role is not to push, manage, or guarantee outcomes. It’s to help you stay oriented and engaged as the work unfolds.

Coaching is goal-oriented in the sense that we name what you want to move toward. We talk openly about what you’re hoping for and we revisit that focus over time. As you gain clarity, insight, and motivation, those goals often shift. That’s not a problem—it’s usually a sign that you’re getting closer to what resonates more deeply for you.

Some sessions are practical and focused on decisions, patterns, or next steps. Others slow down and make room to notice what keeps pulling you off course. Along the way, I’ll periodically ask a simple question: Is this helping you move in the direction you want? If not, we adjust.

I often think of my role as the bumpers in a bowling lane. I’m not throwing the ball for you, and I’m not deciding where it should land. I’m there to help keep things moving forward when drift, distraction, or old patterns would otherwise knock things sideways.

Coaching is a good fit if you want space to think clearly, stay accountable without being managed, and keep moving forward in a way that remains true to you.

If at any point it becomes clear that counseling would be a better fit, I’ll say so directly and help you transition if you choose.

WELCOMED TO ATTUNED LIVING COACHING WITH ROB

You’ve spent years doing what was expected, following the "right" path, or perhaps just surviving. But lately, that quiet voice inside has grown louder. It’s telling you that there is more—more clarity, more purpose, and a version of you that isn't weighed down by "shoulds."

Coaching is for you if:

  • You are at a Crossroads: You’ve realized that the cost of staying the same is finally higher than the cost of changing.

  • You feel the weight: Whether it's anxiety, the aftermath of a major life transition like divorce, or a general sense of being "lost," you’re tired of carrying it alone.

  • You believe the truth is within: You aren't looking for a "guru" to give you a map; you’re looking for a partner to help you find the compass you already own.

  • You’re battling the "Success Shadow": You’re afraid of failing, sure—but you’re also a little terrified of what happens if you actually succeed.
